The XRF is a portable real time Metals in Soil and Alloy analyzer. The Model 2000 features a miniature, rugged x-ray tube. The X-ray tube provides unsurpassed performance on the most challenging samples and simplifies or eliminates the regulatory requirements associated with isotope systems.
